Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my photos after my wedding?

We have heard horror stories about other vendors mismanaging their files, or accidents happening. To combat that, we triple back-up your photos on 3 different storage devices. Yes, triple back-up. It may seem excessive but we don’t take any chances here! We import every single photo file from your wedding immediately after it’s been captured and then back it up to other devices for assurance that your photos are safe.

What about once my photo gallery is complete?

Don’t worry, we don’t dump all of your media from your wedding day as soon as your gallery is completed! In fact, we will store your photos for a guaranteed 365 days after creation date! That means, if you decide later on down the road that you want to purchase the RAW photos, then no problem! We are media hoarders, and will save every single photo and keep it backed-up.

How does the Photo editing process work?

After we’ve captured your wedding, we send a sneak-peek mini album (around 20 edited images) within 48 hours of your big day. You have to be able to share the photos online ASAP right?! And yes, the sneak-peek album is included for every photo package! After you get your sneak-peeks, we then begin the long process of editing your entire gallery. The editing process entails culling all of the photos we take, color grading, fixing any blatant blemishes, and maybe cropping out your Aunt Karen that you don’t get along with… The turn around time for a full photo gallery usually takes around 8-12 weeks to complete.

How will I receive the final photo gallery?

Once we are finished editing, we will send you a private gallery link for you and your spouse. The link will allow you to view the entire gallery as well as download and order prints. You are also free to share the link with friends and family as you please. We also ship out a personalized USB and USB storage box with you and your spouse’s names engraved. The personalized USB and storage box is included with every package!

where Should I have my photos printed?

When we send out your gallery, we use a reputable and trusted site Pixieset.com. As well as displaying your gorgeous gallery, Pixieset also offers the option to purchase prints through their site which we highly recommend! They use fantastic printers that will not affect the color and clarity of your wedding photos. They also offer a wide variety of printing techniques like metallic prints, canvases, or even wood prints! We strongly advise against using pharmacies like Walgreen’s, CVS, or even Amazon Photos.
